Summary information on tumors, anatomic structures (tumor features), and samples used in the studies

The following information is available for download in tabular form as comma-separated values (csv) files:

• Patient and tumor information
• Fractional area of anatomic structures in each tumor sub-block
• Gene expression energy value for each anatomic structure in each tumor sub-block
• Samples used in the RNA-Seq studies, with links to images from the tumor sub-blocks from which the samples were micro-dissected

RNA sequencing data

The following files enable in-depth analysis of the available RNA-Seq data:

• Normalized gene-level FPKM values for all samples (as displayed in the RNA-Seq page heatmap) (zip)
• URL to file with un-normalized gene-level FPKM and TPM values for each sample (csv)
• URLs to anonymized BAM files for each sample (csv)
• Reference genome used to process the RNA-Seq data (zip)
